By placing an order on shopramina.com (RAMINA) you agree to these terms.

Products

All RAMINA pieces are 99.9% copper and are sold as jewelry. Each piece is hand-finished, so small variations in texture, hammer marks and tone are part of its character and not a defect. Copper jewelry is a tradition, not a treatment, and is not a medical device; we make no health claims. Pure copper may leave a faint, harmless mark on some skin types; it washes off.

Prices and offers

Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes. The La Terna offer (pick any three eligible pieces, pay only for the highest-priced one) is applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other discounts. We may end or change an offer at any time; orders already placed keep the price paid.

Orders

You will receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock or if we detect a pricing error or suspected fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery times, returns and guarantees are described in our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Warranty page, which form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you are a consumer in the European Union or another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
